TTD to launch Bhajagovindam in all temples on Vaikunta Ekadasi eve

To distribute puja kits through different temples

TTD will launch the second phase of 'Bhajagovindam' programme in all temples across the State from December 28 on the eve of Vaikunta Ekadasi. It will organize mass congregations and spiritual events in all major temples in association with the Hindu Dharaprahara Parishad and the Endowments Department for strengthening of Hindu Dhrampracharam.

Speaking media persons on Wednesday, the Minister for Endowments G Venkata Reddy said that special puja and spiritual programmes will be organized in all temples. He appealed to the devotees to participate in the spiritual programmes like 'Sri Vishnusahasranam parayanam, Purana pravachanam. Annamayya Sankeertanas by nearly 13,000 bhajan mandals. Mass congregations will be organized at 5pm in the evening apart from conducting programmes like bhajans, chindu, kolatam and chidathalu.

The TTD will distribute nearly two lakh packets comprising kumkum, maha prasadam, Vishnusahasranam booklet and other prasadams of Lord Venkateswara through different temples, district darmika mandals and Hindu Dharaprahara Parishads. Further, efforts are being made for strengthening of all the temples and Hindu dharmapracharam, Principal Secretary for Endowments KV Ramanachari and TTD EO IVR Krishna Rao organized a meeting with the district officials endowments department on this occasion.
