School meal program takes 100 ill

Children rushed to hospital - condition stable
Over 100 children who took the mid-day meal at their Government Upper Primary School during the noon fell ill. The children began to vomit just few minutes of taking the food.
The children were rushed to the hospital where the doctors attended to them immediately. Doctors say that the condition of the children is now stable and that they will be discharged in a day or two once their condition comes to normal state.
