Sikkim Governor invites TTD to setup Information Centre at Gangtok

TTD and Sikkim agrees in principal
Governor of Sikkim V. Rama Rao who visited the holy shrine of Lord Sri Venkateshwara Temple at Tirumala invited the Tirumala Tirumala Devasthanams (TTD) to set up a Temple cum information centre in the Himalayan region of Gangtok for which the TTD has approved in principal. Once setup, the complex would become one of the spiritual hubs in the North Eastern Region of the country.
On the plans were also to setup a Digitization Centre in Gangtok. The Governor Rama Rao and the Director of the TTD Digital Library, Bhuman has held discussions on this.
