Degree student commits suicide after inability to pay exam fees

Jyotsna (20), a First Year Bio-Technology student in the BT College committed suicide after she is denied the Examination Hall Ticket by the college management for not paying the college fees. She tied her chunni to the fan in her house early Sunday morning and got herself hanged to death. Jyotsna’s mother was out to her home town when the incident occurred.
