Four arrested in connection with hundi fraud

The Tirumala police arrested four persons including an Indian Overseas Bank messenger allegedly involved in the recent Parakamani theft which creates waves in the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam last Sunday and all the four confessed their involvement in the crime according to police sources.
