New guests at Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park Animal Rehabilitation Centre

Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park Animal Rehabilitation Centre at Tirupati had new guests on Friday. The guests are three lions and two lionesses that are recently rescued from the Weston Circus company in Madhubani, Bihar by the Madhubani-Rajnagar Range Forest Officials. The animals are already tired - for they had a five day journey and finally arrived at 5 PM.

The In-charge Curator of the Animal Center A Parthasarathi and Assistant Conservator M Narasimhulu received the animals. The animals, despite being tied are also sick. One of the tigers was reported to having an injury in its paw.
